• Measurements are taken with the shirt laid flat.
• While our shirts are pre-shrunk, they may shrink slightly after washing.
• Please double-check your size before ordering, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing.

Back-Ordered & Discontinued Items

We do our best to keep all items in stock; however, all products in your order must be available before the order can ship. If any item is back-ordered or discontinued, processing and shipping times may exceed our stated estimates. We will notify you as soon as possible if your order is affected by a stock issue.

Care Instructions

To ensure your garment lasts and looks its best, please follow these care guidelines:

• Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors
• Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary
• Avoid fabric softeners and harsh detergents
• Hang to dry for longest wear, or tumble dry on low heat
• If ironing is needed, use a cool iron inside-out — do not iron directly on the printed design
• Do not dry clean

Printing Methods

We use high-quality printing techniques to ensure your designs look great and stand the test of time. Our primary methods include:

DTF Printing (Direct to Film)

Ideal for a wide range of fabric types, including polyester. With DTF, designs are first printed onto a special transfer film, then applied to the garment using heat and pressure. This method produces vibrant, durable prints with excellent detail and color accuracy.

DTG Printing (Direct to Garment)

Best suited for detailed, full-color designs, especially on cotton fabrics. DTG printing applies ink directly into the garment, resulting in a soft, breathable finish with a natural feel.

Each printing method is carefully selected based on the fabric type and design complexity to ensure the best possible outcome for your product.
